Three decades in the room where leadership happens
Shanti brings around 25 years of corporate experience in senior Credit Management roles across India and Dubai — with Citigroup, Dell, ICICI Bank and Flextronics in India, and seven years with Jumeirah International and Al Ghurair Investments in Dubai — alongside extensive work travel across China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States.
Since 2016, she has channelled that experience into learning and development, delivering over 500 workshops on Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Emotional Intelligence and Behavioural Skills for Corporates and Educational Institutions.
As a consultant with Middle Earth HR, she delivers certification programs in Instructional Design, Psychometric Assessment, and Learning & Development. She founded Phoenix Path Learning Solutions to build learning journeys that begin within — and carry back into the confidence, capability and character people bring to their work and their lives.
